Tip for the unity candle and or sand.

When you display the candle or sand, make sure there is room at the back. If you want everyone to see you light it or pour the sand, make sure there is room for you to face the audience.

Quite often we see weddings where the couple will walk to a table with their backs to the audience and noone will see the couple light the candle or pour the sand. This is something we work with our clients on.

Who's in charge

Who's in charge of the lighting at your reception? Quite often it is the DJ. We can't express how important it is for our clients to cover the lighting control.

Most DJ's will turn the lights down at the receptions. We run lights on our cameras, and can light up the center of the dance floor. But if you want the whole reception lit, you should address this with your DJ.

The Plan (insert Misson Impossible music here)

What we want to use this blog for is to answer questions, give accounts of our experiences as wedding videographers, and hopefully provide our clients and clients to be with information that will help.

So as they say in the Old West, shoot.

Welcome

Welcome to our blog, stay a while, feel free to ask questions, advice. If you are looking for a videographer for your event, give us a call at 804-269-4949.
