So why should you hire a videographer?

Years back, when our parents and or our parent's parents had their weddings, many things were much different. And I'm not just talking about listening to vinyl records or paying 5 cents for a milk shake. One of the differences was how your wedding day was going to be preserved for you.

Often, you would get a relative to snap some pictures,or you would hire a professional photographer to record the day. Then you would get your prints, put them in an album for years to come. As time passed, you would pull them out every once in a while and point out who was in the wedding, “oh, that's Aunt Jane, look here, that's you when you were just 12 years old.” But the one thing those photographs couldn't do is tell the story, relay the emotion, or let you hear your mom's voice again.

Well fortunately for you, times have changed. As technology has progressed, we can now preserve your special day almost in it's entirety. With the right equipment, people skills, and passion, hiring a videographer for your wedding day will give you something nothing else comes close to, and that is the ability to turn back the clock so to speak and relive your special day. You'll be able to share these memories with your kids. Another reason to hire a videographer is for your guests who will not be able to make it to your wedding. You can send your video to a relative out of town, or just put it on the web and give them the link. The choice is up to you.
