A Fun Engagement Session with Angelina and Josh
What a great day! We met with our lovely bride and groom to be at Byrd Park and made our way throughout the session to the Carillon. It was fun. The sun was perfect, the temperature and a slight breeze was awesome! Sometimes August can be a little toasty. But the weather for Angelina and Josh’s engagement session was spot on perfect.
The “He’s My Sail” and “She’s My Anchor” shirts were cute. They matched perfectly, not only because of the shirts, but in style. 
As we walked around the park, it was really fun to see Angelina and Josh have fun with the photos. After all, photos express who you are. And it’s easy to see Josh and Angelina’s love for each other. 
I love this shot (above.) I’m not sure what she said but it was pretty funny to Josh. 
The shot above was taken at the Round House near the park. It offers a pretty cool brick backdrop. We don’t pose many photos, which means in this and other photos, Josh and Angelina did all the work. They were super easy to work with. 
Love in a Blue Blazer
Engagement session in Richmond, Virginia are a lot of fun. There are so many parks. And these photos took place as we walked from Byrd Park over to the Carillon area. When we walked up on this tree, we noticed a representative from the local constabulary parked near it. He was kind enough to back up his car. It was a funny moment, he probably didn’t want to be in the picture. 
As Josh and Angelina walked around, it was so easy to find special moments between the two of them. I did pose her foot sticking up. (That’s my confession since we try to pose too much. ) Initially Josh stuck his foot up, but I must have missed that shot. :}
The Carillon in Richmond, Virginia
Our final location is the Carillon in Richmond, Virginia. Sporting the blue blazer with his lovely bride to be, it was the perfect setting.
The best I can explain here is Josh is doing pre-work on his dance moves for the wedding. And he has plenty of dance moves. As you can see from the picture, Angelina agreed. :}
I really like grand shots. I feel shots like this represent the grandness of this lovely couple. We really enjoyed Angelina and Josh’s engagement session in Richmond, Virginia. We are excited to be a part of Angelina and Josh’s special day and look forward to the next chapter.
